Contracts

Welcome to understanding construction contracts. This training module will enable you to negotiate reasonable construction contracts by familiarizing you with critical clauses. We will cover construction contract forms drafted by general contractors and owners that pose unreasonable liability risks to roofing contractors and how to develop an approach to achieve more equitable contracts. We also cover contract forms published by The American Institute of architects. After completing the module, you will take a short to test your knowledge and, upon completion, download a certificate of completion.
